The Eye of an Artist and the Hands of a Craftsman
Paul Bauhs has been working with wood since he was a kid, and he’s been doing it professionally for nearly 40 years. He served a 3 1/2 year apprenticeship under the Master Craftsmen at Amana Furniture Shop before starting his own custom woodworking business in Northeast Iowa.
Paul lives in rural Northeast Iowa and has a well equipped workshop / studio where he does most of the actual fabrication and building. Then he takes the pieces to your location where he installs everything himself to be sure it’s just so.
